WHY DO WE NEED THIS INITIATIVE ?
A High level of youth is unemployed in the development countries
They have no or limited access to start-up capital
They have limited network or ´none to support their small businesses
They have inadequate entrepreneurial skills
They know a little or nothing about marketing/branding or setting up an organizational production.
WHAT ?
Without additional help or training to support these initiatives we continue to keep population in poverty and with an increasing impact on the worlds migrations.
Many of the micro enterprises fail due to the fact that the people running them are unable to access the necessary expertise to trouble shoot and help out the problems.
This is where Beyond CSR has a mission with volunteers from the trained corporate business.
